API Keys are manually approved. I usually do it within 12-24 hours (depends on whether I'm asleep or not). So once you create an app give it a day to get the key. :)

A UserID is the UDID of the user and not the username.
For example, the UserID for Glozell above is 4417b04f-30b7-4672-be6c-411efea5659d
